Not satisfied with your LumaSafe? No problem!
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It also must be in original packaging. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box or packaging, wiring harness, etc.)
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned item. Due to the nature of our products, items that have been installed, used, or damaged can not be returned for a refund and will not be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Returns without an RMA number maybe delayed or returned to the sender.
RMA
If you decide to return the product, you will need an RMA number. Please simply contact us to start the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after that time frame.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted by your card provider.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
